From the first cask ale we brewed in Windsor to a crisp pilsner and a lively session pale, these five pints show the range of one independent brewhouse. Each can find a permanent place on the bar, with seasonal beers and small releases to bring in whenever you fancy a change.
GUARDSMAN · Best bitter
Our first cask ale, launched on St George’s Day in 2010. Copper-coloured, with rounded malt and a tangy finish.
KNIGHT OF THE GARTER · Golden ale
Launched to coincide with the Ceremony of the Garter at Windsor Castle. Straw-gold and easy-drinking, with a fresh grapefruit note.
WINDSOR KNOT · Pale ale
Brewed for the wedding of William and Kate, with English Sovereign and New Zealand Nelson Sauvin hops.
REPUBLIKA · Craft pilsner
A crisp, clean lager with a refreshing finish.
SHOUT · Session pale ale
An easy-drinking pale with the hops up front.
